Cancer and Hematology Centers of Western Michigan (CHC) is happy to announce that we are furthering our commitment to compassionate care with our new Patient Experience role. Patty Jereck, who has previously served as CHC’s Director of Nursing, will now become our Director of Patient Experience, as she partners with administrative, operational and clinical leadership to evaluate care delivery and drive advancements.

This new role will allow us to engage more with patients and families in several new ways, using your feedback to guide recommendations for growth and development.
