Cancer and Hematology Centers of Western Michigan (CHC) is happy to announce that we are furthering our commitment to compassionate care with our new Patient Experience role. Patty Jereck, who has previously served as CHC’s Director of Nursing, will now become our Director of Patient Experience, as she partners with administrative, operational and clinical leadership to evaluate care delivery and drive advancements.
“While I’m very excited about the personal opportunity to contribute in a different way, I’m equally excited by the organization’s commitment to patient experience,” says Jereck. “It’s a true reflection of the high value we place on patients and delivering unsurpassed care.”
This new role will allow us to engage more with patients and families in several new ways, using your feedback to guide recommendations for growth and development.
We are so excited to support our patients as CHC evolves.
Founded in 1979, CHCWM has grown to become the largest physician-owned oncology and hematology practice in Michigan. We deliver advanced care in a personal way, and our expertise and caring approach make us dedicated to the help, healing and hope for cancer patients and their families. Thanks to the hard work of our growing staff, CHCWM has been named one of the Nation’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.
