Financial Coordinators

Navigating the healthcare system can be complicated during the best of times. It can be even more difficult when you’re sick.

Our financial coordinators are here to help you understand your policy, costs and what types of financial assistance may be available to help with the cost of treatment.

We will prepare an estimate of your deductibles and copays for your course of treatment and review it with you. Copays and deductibles are expected at time of service.

Financial Coordinators and Social Workers are always available to help with any questions or financial needs. To contact a Financial Coordinator, let our staff know when you register or call:

Insurance and Billing

We work with many insurance plans.

We will bill your insurance for you, and we send statements out monthly. Any charges that remain after your insurance has paid are your responsibility.

Insurance Forms

We can help you complete any necessary forms, including Social Security disability, long- and short-term disability, and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

There is, however, a fee: $10 for FMLA forms, and $20 for all others.
It usually takes three weeks to complete these forms, and you must pay the fees before you can receive the finished form. If you can’t afford the fees, our financial coordinators can offer you potential options.
