Our location at Lemmen-Holton Cancer Pavilion is on the Medical Mile on Michigan Street, north of downtown Grand Rapids. If you’re approaching from Interstate 196, take Exit 77C and head east. Our cancer center in Grand Rapids will be in the first building complex on the left.

Pharmacy Information
Our location at Lemmen-Holton Cancer Pavilion has an accredited specialty retail pharmacy for your treatment needs. Pharmacy hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
