Brief summary of this trial: Phase 2, single arm trial of Relacorilant in combination with nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine in patients with previously untreated metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma

Need to know: Must have histologic diagnosis or cytologic diagnosis of pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC); initial diagnosis of metastatic disease occurred ≤6 weeks prior to enrollment in the study. Must not have received prior systemic anticancer therapy to treat metastatic disease.

Brief summary of this trial: A Randomized, Phase 2/3 Study Comparing BMS-986504 in Combination with Nab-paclitaxel and Gemcitabine versus Placebo in Combination with Nab-paclitaxel and Gemcitabine in Participants with Untreated Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma Harboring Homozygous MTAP Deletion

Need to know: Patients must not have received any treatment in the metastatic setting. Must have MTAP deletion which will be verified through central testing.
